Now that we've covered which oils to avoid for which ages or simply altogether, you're most likely thinking "okay...well then what oils CAN I use?"  We get asked all the time about the “avoid” list and in terms of which that means CAN be used. Again, the short answer is: any of the ones NOT listed there (or on the “never to buy” list), as long as they are diluted properly. 

So to give you a few oils to think about, here's list of the essential oils that are are safe to use on and/or around children 2 years or older (if wanting to use on younger children, hydrosols and/or herbs are probably a better idea):

Love this. Thank you. I use essential oils on myself and just started using on my 7-yo’s feet. I wanted to do a little extra research to make sure that lavender was fine. It seems it is. Thanks again.
