Ho Wood - Hilarious Name or Handsome Benefits?

Not too common to find, a little bit unusual of a fragrance, and well, it's got a funky name on top of it.....'Ho Wood' seriously?
OK all kidding aside, this is an essential oil that, even though it is not mentioned among the other 'typical' favorites, it's said to be
a good replacement for Rosewood. Now quality Rosewood, as you may know, is getting harder to find due to the worldwide shortage and, of co
urse that means it comes at a premium. In all honesty, to me it doesn't smell like Rosewood, however the benefits, are surprisingly similar to that of Rosewood. Ho Wood is actually used quite a bit in facial care products for a wide variety of reasons. There are two main components that make up Ho Wood; 1) camphor (40%) and; 2) linalool (15%). Camphor is huge for it's skin so
othing and cooling properties, whereas Linalool is used for the floral scent that it adds to products (also found in Lavender
and Coriander). Despite the funky name, we have to give this EO credit for some seriously handsome benefits! Note some of the benefits below....
