Recipes For Mental Acuity

 

Clear Head Remedy
Ingredients:

1 drop Peppermint

3 drops Lavender Absolute

1 drop Rose Morocco Absolute

1 tbsp Apricot Carrier Oil

Mix all ingredients together. Massage into the temples and the base of the skull.
Physical & Mental Clarity
Ingredients:

5 drops Bergamot

5 drops Chamomile German (Blue)

5 drops Lavender, Bulgarian

15 ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil

This massage treatment will relieve daily stress and calm tired muscles. Blend essential oils listed above with Almond Sweet oil. Mix well.

1 drop Geranium

1 drop Mandarin Red

2 drop Bergamot

1 drop Lemon

May Help bring back needed feelings from the past of being loved for those who have shut down to love, either of self or others. Mix all ingredients together and massage onto back & shoulders.
Clear the Fog

3 drops Ginger

2 drops Lemongrass

4 oz Grape Seed Carrier Oil

Clear the mental fog away from your mind and body with this energizing blend, which is excellent when you want to make decisions or if you need to motivate yourself. Lemongrass and Ginger are both excellent for muscular aches and pains, and together with Geranium, they help ease digestive difficulties. The overall effect is gently warming and tropical. Mix all ingredients together.
Zen Bath

3 drops Coriander Seed

3 drops Palmarosa

2 drops Vetiver

4 oz Bath & Shower Gel (unscented)

Not quite a minimalist blend, but the effects leave you completely calm, with a clutter-free mind and a beatific smile on your face. It's good for muscular aches and pains, sinusitis, minor chest complaints and for when your immune system needs a bit of a boost. Also excellent for keeping mosquitoes at bay.
