PMS Blend
Ingredients:

35 drops Bergamot

30 drops Lavender Bulgarian

35 drops Lime

120ml Orange floral water

30 drops Palmarosa

35 drops Sandalwood

35 drops YlangYlang Complete

Incredibly beautiful fragrance!!  This will absolutely alleviate your mood and make your PMS symptoms bearable. Mix essential oils and Orange floral water into at least 120ml bottle. Shake well and spray into the air.

Hormone Balancing Blend
Ingredients:

2 oz Carrier oil

1 drop Clary Sage

1 drop Fennel Sweet

2 drops Lavender Bulgarian

1 drop Myrtle

1 drop Peppermint

2 drops Sage

Bring balance to your hormones with this balancing aromatherapy blend. Helps balance out hot flashes related to menopause. Mix oils well in a clean amber glass bottle. Gently massage a small amount into the abdominal area.

25ml Sweet Almond Oil

Mix all ingredients together. Gently massage into whole leg twice a day.
