Drug-Free Sinus Relief

3 drops Eucalyptus 80/85%

2 drops Peppermint

3 Thyme Wild

2 liters boiling water

Eucalyptus and Thyme essential oils have powerful anti-microbial properties, and peppermint oil has a strong fragrance that helps to open sinus passages. Inhaling hot steam on it's own loosens and thins the mucus in your sinuses so that it can be expelled but when you use this blend of oils in conjunction with the steam, the results are nothing short of a sensational soothing, invigorating and relieving experience!  Pour - carefully - the boiling water into a basin and then add the essential oils. Make a towel tent over your head and the bowl and breathe in the steam for 10 minutes. It can be very easy to burn yourself on steam so be very careful to avoid burning yourself. Use this twice daily.
