Recipes For Stress & Anxiety
Just Breathe
Ingredients:

18 drops Bergamot

6 drops Frankincense

6 drops Geranium

1 1/2 oz vodka

1 1/2 oz distilled water

4 oz clean spray bottle for fine misting

Mix all ingredients together in a bottle with spray nozzle. Let all the ingredients sit for 5-10 minutes then spray room lightly. Shake well before each use.

Exam Jitters

Ingredients:

10 drops Apricot Carrier Oil

3 drops Bergamot (or Petitgrain)

2 drops Geranium

1 drop Marjoram Wild

Mix all ingredients together and massage into neck, shoulders and/or even your full body to evaporate your exam stress. These oils (minus the Apricot oil) may also be diffused in an oil burner.
