Practical Uses: Lavender is extremely malleable, and its uses are directed by the desire of the user. Diffuse in an aroma burner to experience the wide variety of aromatherapy benefits of this oil. Blended with massage oil, or diluted in the bath, Lavender aids in general relaxation, relief of fatigue, abdominal pains, arthritis, and so forth. Lavender may be used in the topical treatment of burns and insect bites. In skin creams or lotions, Lavender is naturally anti-inflammatory, and is useful in helping the skin to heal from boils, eczema, acne, and other minor irritations.
