Practical Uses: In an aroma oil burner, or simply inhaled right from the bottle, Basil will help to relieve headaches and ease tensions and focus the mind. When inhaled, it may also help to clear chest congestion and aid in fighting colds or bronchitis. When added to bath oil, it can help to relieve both muscle and menstrual cramps.
