Practical uses: Use a few drops in an aroma burner to experience the aromatherapy benefits of Lemon oil, such as clarification of mind, rejuvenation of body, and elevation of mood. Blended with massage or bath oil, Lemon helps relieve indigestion, flu and cold, depression, fatigue, and infections. A few drops may also be added to household cleaners, or applied to a wet dusting/cleaning cloth, which helps to ward off ants and other insects. The acidic, astringent properties of Lemon oil are useful when mixed with a skin cream or lotion, and will help to balance problematic skin, including cellulite and acne.
